Your program has a set number of hours and requirements, and a period by when these must be completed.  This will vary depending on the level of your program.    


Your graduation checklist shows both your program inclusions and requirements.  As you attend a class or complete a requirement, you should mark it as complete in your Graduation Checklist and move on to the next requirement.     


How many times can I take a class?

  • Core Competency
    If you need to repeat a class or lab you can, but it must be within your access period and prior to the commencement of your performance evaluation.

  • Coaching Labs
    You can attend as many Coaching Labs (Development or Competency) as you feel you need prior to the commencement of Observed Coaching.

  • Mentor Coaching
    Students can attend only the number of mentoring sessions included in their program. These must be attended prior to beginning your performance evaluation.

  • Observed Coaching
    Students can attend only the number of observed coaching sessions included in their program.  These must be attended prior to beginning the oral exam.
